This is a video we made at our client Cisco, on our process improvement projects while introducing a culture of continuous improvement.
The video was used internally at the client to showcase this as one of the key projects in the European region. This project was done together with the people from our outsourced operations in Mauritius.
I have to say we are very proud of the results of this project, as well as the video.
